Survivor Series Rules
1. The cost for a team is $10.00. You can have as many teams as you wish. You do not have to have a regular season team in order to enter the Survivor Series.
2. The payout will be determined by the number of teams participating. It is a winner-take-all series.
3. Each season will have two Survivor Series. The first series consists of races 1-16 and the second series covers races 17-36.
4. You pick 1 driver for each of the first 6 races (a driver can be chosen only once in the whole series). If your driver for the 1st race finishes 35th or better you move on to the next race. If your driver finishes 36th or worse you are out of the game after the first race. The same rule applies to race 2 and race 3, i.e. if you finish 36th in the 2nd or 3rd race you are out of the game.
5. Races 4, 5 & 6 your driver must finish 30th or better. If you finish 31st or below in any of the 3 races you are out of the game.
6. After race 6 (if you are still in) you pick 6 different drivers (cannot include any drivers previously chosen). Races 7, 8 & 9 your driver must finish 25th or better. If your driver finishes 26th or below you are out of the game. Races 10, 11 & 12 your driver must finish 20th or better. If your driver finishes 21st or below you are out of the game.
7. After race 12 (if you are still in) you pick 6 more drivers (cannot include any drivers previously chosen in the first 12 races). Races 13, 14 & 15 your driver must finish 15th or better. If your driver finishes 16th or below you are out of the game. Races 16, 17 & 18 your driver must finish 10th or better. If your driver finishes 11th or below you are out of the game.
8. The last person to survive wins the survivor pool.
9. In the case of a tie, the driver with the highest place will determine the winner. If more than one team has the same driver, the team with the most wins during the 18 races (or the length of the series) will win. If this does not designate a winner then the tied teams will split the survivor pool.
10. Immunity is available. If a team picks a driver and that driver wins a race and this occurs 3 times (before being eliminated) that team may obtain immunity from the next race for which they would have been eliminated. Only one immunity per team.
11. Results from each race will be posted on the website under the Survivor link .
